Current customer rating:
I bought this as a restoration project and as you have heard from many people so many times before. I never got to it.
Go figure!!!
It has 27 K original miles on it and has been barn stored for decades.
mice have made homes inside so it has that great "old car smell" to it.
It has to go by winter because I am out of space and I will not put it outside.
Tons of paperwork comes with it like lists of parts and maintenance over the years. shop manuals and so on.
The original owner was a Doctor from NJ. and brought it to NY when he changed hospitals to upstate NY. then stored it in a barn soon after. or so the story goes…. Haven't really dug into that as I wasn't on this project yet.
The trunk is full of parts like the chrome moldings for the doors and many other things.
Currently the seats are unbolted as I was removing the mouse nest from under the front seat and rear seat so as to not reopen a winter condo for a new crop on mice.
It doesn't run. wouldn't turn over by hand when I tried but hasn't been started since the late 80's or early 90's so is probably in need of attention there.
most everything looks to be functional. nothing broken or banged up.
Very nice shape. and would make a GREAT run around town oldie with a little tinkering!
I wish I had time but that's how life goes. my loss. very low minimum. just need it gone.
Good Luck.
