Description
This is it! For all you collectors. 1960 is the first year that the iconic FJ 40 was made. These early years and especially the first year is super rare. The original engine was swapped out for a powerful Diesel H engine from the FJ 45 though we do have the original engine if the owner wants it. The diesel engines last much longer than the gas and are known to get 500. 00 miles. It gets about 22 mpg. has great torque. and gets down the highway nicely. This cruiser is in great condition with no mechanical issues. It would be a great cruiser for the summer or a good restoration project.
We can also restore it to owner specs for an additional price. Restored 1 st year FJ 40 s and older go for $100. 00. This is an excellent investment as the price of cruisers is only going up and there are few good ones left.
