1991 Nissan 300ZX for sale
Current customer rating:
Engine and car built at 200 K miles.
480 whp on 91 octane 14# boost. 600 whp on Q 16 19# boost.
You can run the engine on 91 octane at low and high boost.
I run high boost only with 100 octane or better.
Q 16 can be used for high or low boost since there are two maps.
Engine : JE 2618 aluminum forged pistons - 8. 5:1. +1 mm overbore (88 mm bore)
Eagle rods
ARP fastners. HKS metal head-gasket
Heads cleaned. refaced all valve seats. new exhaust valves. all new stem seals
Chromed stock upper and lower plenums. extrude hone
Cleaned and micro polished rods and mains and chamfer oil holes
New seals and gaskets
Balanced V 6 assembly static and dynamic
Honed and polished exhaust manifold
All work done by Greg Greulich Machining & Custom Engines Scottsdale. AZ (This guy is good.
When we dyno tuned the car. 1# of boost increase yielded 20 hp through the full range.
300 degree side feed injector fuel rail Aluminum flywheel. HKS dual plate clutch Aluminum 1 piece drive shaft Kaza moderate LSD. street/performance/racing Upgrade radiator. oil cooler (Earls)HKS SSBVJim Wolf dual pop-charger air intake Stillen crossover 4" dual SS exhaust system.
Cats removed. Stillen Short throw shifter Stillen oversized intercoolers with hard pipes Stillen water hard pipe to radiator lower AEM fuel management system tuned for 91 octane and Q 16 racing fuel. switch and USB computer link in cockpit
All work for AEM upgrade. performance. suspension and tuning performed by Pit Stop performance in Phoenix. AZCall Vitaly for details.

Only vehicle problem.
A/C compressor will not stay on since installing the AEM fuel management system.
It clicks on and off.
We have checked everything. even changed the computer out and the problem persists.
AEM says their system is compatible.
