1987 Mercedes-Benz 400-Series for sale

This is a nicely kept 1987 Mercedes Benz 420 SEL sedan. the car has only 84. 00 miles and presents itself very well. These big bodied Mercedes where the last of an era of Mercedes design
. Later years they became larger externally and more rounded in appearance
. This one came out of Arizona and is currently in Monterey California. The paint has small hairline crazing marks from the Arizona sun and has a few small scratches. The interior is in very good condition with a nice patina to it. A few small cracks are present on the passenger seat. The leather is still very supple
. the wood trim is also in great shape with a few common lacquer cracks here and there and lightend in color from the sun. The center console area is lose and needs some attention.
The chrome alloy wheels are also in really good shape as most end up having peeling chrome
problems.
The car runs and drives very nice with plenty of power. The car rides great. steers nicely. and stops as it should. It also passes the California smog. These are wonderful cars and a great way to have a classic car without the maintenance bills normally associated with classics. They drive great and are reliable. I personally own a 1991 300 sel that was sitting for 5 years where I work. They where going to scrap it but gave it to me instead. It started right up and I have added almost 8. 00 miles to it in the few months I have owned it so far. This SEL is my bosses car and . fter buying another daily. has asked me to help him find this one a new home. The car needs very little to nothing at all. starts right up and can drive anywhere. hassle free. feel free to ask me or my boss any questions about this lovely car. thank you
