Absolutely beautiful One Owner 1986 Mercedes Benz 560 SL with only 62000 original miles that's been garaged & pampered all its life!!. It runs and drives as nice as it looks! I purchased it last summer from the original owner. a gentleman from the Boston Ma. area bought it new for his wife as a 50 th birthday gift (it still has her initials on the doors) and now shes 80 and no longer drives. Carfax shows that it was initially titled in Ma. then re-titled in Fla. in 1999. He told me they owned a home in Fla. and trailered the car back and forth to Ma. several times. It was mainly serviced by MB dealers or specialists. That's the history. now the vehicle. It appears to be a mainly original car and its one of the nicest examples of this era that I have seen. no stories. check out all the pictures. The paint shines. the chromes perfect. interior is in great shape. it starts. runs. and drives great. like new Michelin tires all around. he 5. 6 liter V 8 has plenty of power. ounds great. transmission shifts perfect. hardtop is in great condition with rolling rack. I could go on and on. but pictures will tell you the story or come see it in person! I've taken pics of the few negatives which are peeling paint on front corners of hood. very minor rust spots . one small spot low on driver driver door & one on lower right front fender. several scratches in front of trunk lid from taking the hardtop off. the convertible top looks good from a distance but will need replacement to be a show stopper with the top up (see pics). and the original radio is not working. This is an absolutely great car to drive or invest in. the prices of these 560 SL's are skyrocketing. now is your chance to own a VERY nice one.
