1967 Jeep Other M715 for sale
Current customer rating:
This is a great original Kaiser Jeep M 715 military 1 1/4 ton military Jeep truck. This one is very original and is unrestored. The only modification are the wheels and tires. It has military Hummer H 1 wheels and Wrangler military H 1 tires on it. It does come with the original M 715 wheels and non-directional tires. There is no rust and there has never been any rust. It is wearing most of its original paint and original military markings. It has the PTO driven winch on the front and it works great. It is still 24 volt. It runs and drives great. I wouldn't hesitate to take this on a 500 mile trip. its that dependable. After sitting all winter it started right up. It starts easy.
This year it got fresh oil in the engine. trans. transfer case. and both differentials. The brakes were adjusted this year and are probably about 10 years old. Everything works except for the fuel gauge. It works intermittently. All the lights work. including the black out lights. The 4 wheel drive works great. It includes lock outs. The canvas top is a NOS unit installed 3 years ago. It comes with several new and NOS parts. It comes with a second set of seats. It has no known issues. It has 24. 00 miles on it. The truck was shipped to Fort Carson in Colorado in 1967 and stayed there until 1977. From 1977 to 2014 it was privately owned and used to haul wood up mountain roads around Colorado Springs. I bought it 2 years ago and have run it in parades and to use around my property. I am selling to move onto other projects. It has some dents and scratches put it probably the nicest unrestored original M 715 I have ever seen. It has a regular Iowa title and is licensed for street use.
No reserve. Buyer to arrange and pay for shipping. Please ask questions. Feel free to inspect in in person. Thanks and good luck!! Cash in person. Cashier's check. or wire transfer. I reserve the right to end the listing for any reason.
Several people have inquired about the battery box. There were several styles of battery box on these M 715 s. This is the angled version. It is factory. not modified.
