I have a 1988 Wrangler for sale. 143. 00 on body. 86. 00 on newer engine. I started to do the work on it newer engine with 86. 00 miles. rebuilt transmission. new 20 gallon gas tank. new gas tank skid plate. new alternator. new manifold. & have a new power steering pump. BUT due to the economy. 7 kids. demanding wife. and layoff I can not afford to finish it. Windshield could possibly pass inspection. but cracked on passenger side. Priced them. and found on ebay for $88.
Gas tank and skid plate need installed. Will need new exhaust & windshield. Engine & transmission are in but will need hoses & lines hooked up. Comes with four 31 X 10. 50 tires un-mounted.
Body. other than tail gate rust (see pic) is in excellent condition. Frame has surface rust only (see pic). Has hard top. Has 2 full soft doors (do not work with hard top).
*If the buyer wants it. they can also have the old engine that I pulled out of it. It was running when I pulled it out. but had a leaky head gasket. It is also a 4. 2. Also have the old tranny but it jumped out of reverse all of the time.
