1931 Model A 5 window hot rod rat, 440 big block, independent suspension, posi

Up for auction is my 1931 model A that I have owned for quite a few years.

Engine is a mildly built 440 big block mopar. 727 trans. independent rear with posi. mustang 2 front end. new aluminum radiator. aluminum tank in trunk. all lights. horn. turn signals and heat work well. tilt column. chopped top and channeled body.

Custom built frame and is as stout as you can make it.

The frame looks like ladder bars running out of the body and was jig built in new York and body has the perfect rake.

New seat belts.

Flaming river manual rack steering.

Doors and windows work as they should.

You can drive this car wherever you want and as fast as you want.

I have had it to Louisville Nats when it was 110 degress and cruised it around the show all weekend without ever getting hot.

Drove it to the Indy Goodguys this year and ran auto cross all weekend and drove it home trouble free.

The tall shifter was removed for the autocross and won't be included in the sale.

No leaks or problems with anything. jump in and drive it anywhere.

I'm getting a lot of good questions.

Body is all steel and the chop is approximately 4 inches.

The pin striping front and rear is by Rich Mickelson from Kokomo.

Engine is a 1968 chrysler 440. new 509 cam. torker II intake. trans is a 68 chrysler 727 automatic. cleaned. new seals. and painted.

Brakes are disc up front and the control arms are tubular upper and lower both.

Spun aluminum tank is in the trunk.

My internet is slow at my house so it takes forever to add pictures.

I will continue to add info as I think of it.

Also. I have a big envelope that everything goes into so I have most of the receipts.

This thing definitely isn't traditional. but it sticks to the road and is an absolute blast to drive.

Doesn't matter what show your at everybody turns their head to see whats coming.
