NO RESERVEI've always dreamed of having a Cobra. A couple years ago I purchased the kit from the original owner. He ordered the the frame and body from Street Beast in 2006. He bought a lot of parts and pieces need to build the car over the years. Finally he hurt his back and was unable to see himself ever building the car. He had invested $26000 and never started building the car. In 2014 I purchased the car and as quick as I could I hired a builder. I chose SPF Racing to start the build in 2015. Then I hired Shawn Cunningham Automotive to do the paint and prep work. To complete the car. Carmichael Upholstery went all out on the interior. It's a complete running and driving Beast! Since the build. I've purchased a farm and am consumed with the farm stuff. I have a lot of things at the farm that need to be done for my family to move there. The driveway is a mile long gravel road. I'm not going to consider taking the Cobra on a gravel road. I've got over $37000 invested. I've only got less than 200 miles on it. It stays inside my garage. I'll be moving to the farm soon. It still needs a few things to make it perfect.
Speedometer and gas gauge are inaccurate. The suspension on the front is stiff like a race car. And we never put an overflow reservoir for the radiator cap hose.
