1972 International Travelall 1010 Project
Sale price: $1,000.00 make an offer
Seller's notes: This bad mamajama is a restoration project vehicle! She has hardly any rust, floor is solid as a rock, a straight body and all original glass! She ran great (for being stored for who knows how long) and fired right up with a jump. The carb started leaking fuel and was removed for a rebuild (this is the only reason that she is no longer running). The carb still needs a rebuild and is not on the engine. Therefore she does not run at the moment. Could she be made to run? Most definitely with a carb rebuild or a new carb. When she was running there were no knocks, pings or grinding noises. She does have a section of the exhaust loose somewhere that rattled when she ran. She shifted smooth as snot on a cold doorknob when I drove her, although the brakes were a little spongy. No woman I know wants to stop once she is revved up though. Any other questions contact me using the "Ask a question" section at the bottom of the ad. Thanks for looking!!

Current customer rating: (411 votes ) based onOnly one cure for that: getting a sick truck!! A 1972 International Travelall!!! This golden lady will get you to work like a full-blown go hard. transport you and your shotgun through the zombie apocalypse. and give you a new platform for barreling down the boulevard with the wind tearing at your clothes screaming. "I AM ALIVE!" (that is after you restore it). The pictures tell the story of this AWESOME truck that has been sitting in a barn for who knows how long. The best feature for a cold weather vehicle would be an engine block heater right? Guess what Golden Lady has one? This one. cuz you never let your lady get cold. You want pictures of the interior? I'll take 'em! You want pictures of the engine? I'll take 'em! The ORIGINAL Holley carb was taken off to rebuild but the person that was going to do it bailed on me. I do have the carb in a box (with rebuild kit) that comes with it. The COOLEST thing about all this? ALL. and I mean ALL of the impossible to find exterior trim is ON THE TRUCK!!! Not to mention the ORIGINAL Line Ticket. Owners Service Policy. and Owners Manual for the top of the line. HARD HITTIN'. AM radio from when this truck was shipped to Colorado from Canada.
Why am I selling it? Cuz being alive rules. and I'm far too gnarly of a dude to have such a vehicle. I see a flat track. I'm gonna race you if you have the cajones to line up next to me. going 300 mph!
$2500 gets you the Golden Lady. a quart of oil (plus all the oil that's up in her right now). a partial tank of whatever gasoline that came with her. a link to my favorite YouTube video. a cup of coffee with me. and whatever kind of donut you want from the best donut shop in town.
