1967 Amphicar G80 for sale

1967 Amphicar that has had a 2-year long nut-and-bolt restoration done.
Approximately 250 miles since the restoration.
The car was completely taken apart. stripped to bare metal. All rust was repaired by cutting & welding replacement panels. where needed. The total replacement metal was less than 2 square feet.
The body was in very good condition to begin with. All chrome was replated. hardware was zinc plated. all new rubber seals. lenses. wiring. top. powder coating etc is all new.
The instruments were fully restored and silk screened. The wheelswere powdercoated and new tires were installed.
The engine has an oil cooler added to it - a common issue on these cars is the engine oil overheating otherwise.
The transmission was rebuilt -some of the gears had pitting on them. another common issue on these cars.

The car is located in Southern Orange County. about 45 miles South-East of Los Angeles.
