The car has undergone a very comprehensive overhaul beginning in March of 2016

the L 28 motor was completely rebuilt. matched with a series II 4 speed manual transmission. the rear differential has been upgraded to the R 200 out of the later 280 zx. with a 3:54 gear ratio. exhaust has an MSA 6-1 header. and continues with 2. 5" exhaust all the way back. carburetors are 4 screw hitachi SU's. completely rebuilt with new floats installed. it has electronic ignition via Nissan matchbox distributor. new ignition coil. NGK spark plugs and wiresetthe clutch master and slave cyl were replaced with new along with the clutch disc and pressure plate. brake master cyl (tokico) was rebuilt. and front calipers were replaced with remanufactured sumitomo oem brand calipers. along with new brake pads. rear wheel cylinders are new along with brake shoes. new aluminum radiator. electric fan as well as new hoses top and bottomthe inspection lids are louvered suspension parts have been completely disassembled cleaned thoroughly and painted with epoxy paint. shocks. ball joints. tie rods and strut housing isolators have been replaced with new OEM parts. the interior has been refreshed with reupholstered seats in vinyl. new carpet kit. diamond pattern vinyl is new aswell. the dash has a full face dash cap sourced from MSA. all gauges (speedometer. tachometer. oil press. temp. fuel. amp) are all in working order. the clock on the dash is not working. the air control and map light are in good working order. the radio does not work. the original rose wood steering wheel has been restored. along with new oem horn button make a beautiful pair. the column combination switches have been replaced with restored OEM switches. windshield is new glass. side windows and rear windscreen are oem glass. the weatherstripping has been replaced completely. all seals are new! there is zero overspray on this car. all paintwork was done with car completely disassembled. exterior door handles are new. flawless chrome. side view mirror has been replaced with OEM nissan part. window regulators were reconditioned. the interior door panels were replaced with aluminum cards made by skillard. they have been wrapped in vinyl to resemble original. fuel tank was removed and reconditioned. all fuel lines and rubber hoses are new.
