1972 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class for sale

1972 Mercedes Benz 450 SL Roadster. Rare 1971 production date of 9/71. First year of this R 107 body style. Black w/tan leather interior. Comes with the matching removable hardtop. Has what appears to be the original 4. 5 L V 8 with automatic transmission. Has the desireable European small bumpers.
This car will need a minor restoration. It will need a repaint and some interior work. The body is straight with no visible rust (other than the surface rust as seen in the pictures) but the floors and trunk will need to be patched. The engine turns over but will need work to run. The passenger outside door handle is broken. Also some of the valance pieces below the bumpers are missing and will need to be replaced.
Does have a clear title and ready for restoration.
