Cool vintage 1948 mercury convertible was originally built in the 70 s . last registered in 1979. 305 chevy v 8. powerglide with hurst floor shifter. 1957 chevy rear with 308 gears on parallel leaf springs. reconditioned original radiator. ual exhaust . ew drum brakes front and rear including wheel cyls and master cyl. stock frontend - wishbone not split. chassis solid - no rot. basic wiring - lights work . starts with key . new light and ignition switch . runs and stops. have driven in driveway only - not a finished road car. needs completion. good solid car - floors and trunk good. doors are very good . extra trunklid with all moulings and no rust. all windows intact . extra stainless moldings. second set of steel top bows - wood top bows missing. 1970 s bucket seats with original rear seat and side panels. needs rocker panels. top and finishing . would be a cool rat rod or street rod. not butchered up . could be restored if you want. primer black. call with any questions call mike
