Upon winning the auction a $500 deposit is due. this is a non refundable deposit. there will be no refunds of any kind or for any reason whatsoever. so please be sure before purchasing. if you like you may perform a presale inspection. once purchased a post sale inspection will not be allowed. mileage certifications will only apply to those vehicles less than 10 years. our state is miles exempt from mileage requirements on any vehicles that are over 10 years of age and we will not be responsible for certifying mileage on those vehicles and are automatically sold as NOT actual mileage if the title reads odometer exempt. The buyer is responsible for obtaining their own history reports . All ads contain multiple photographs for vehicle referenced condition. we are not responsible for any items that cannot be easily photographed. if the car is listed with a warrantee it will cover engine and transmission only and will not include any other items. check lights and 02 sensors are NOT covered items. any vehicle sold without a warrantee is as is and we are not responsible for any items on that vehicle It is the buyers responsibility to read and understand all terms and conditions. the buyer is responsible for all pick up or shipping arrangements however WE CAN assist with finding a broker or shipper upon request.

Please note that a $500 deposit is due immediately upon winning the item. The balance is due within 7 days unless other arrangements have been made with the seller.
