1969 Oldsmobile 442 has been in storage since 2001. I replaced the gaskets because it had oil and transmission leaks. All fluids and filters have been changed.  Car seems to have original paint (except HO paint options?)has fiberglass spoiler and hood scoop like original. Car has (original?) 455 with TH400 transmission. Car runs and drives very good but it is soft and spongy in corners (needs shocks and new front end bushing kit). Shifts great and transmission oil and old filter looked great when changes. oil was dirty. All 4 power windows work. power brakes and power steering work like new. gauges all work and the only thing that appears not working is the radio (need to check fuse) and front hood light (missing bulb). This car appears to have the original air ride rear shocks still installed and they hold air and work. I did order a new set of door panels (on order) as the original ones are not great. Seats and carper looks great with little to no wear. Solid Colorado car with slight blisters and bubbles. Front tires are work but rears are in good shape. (air not working at this time). Car also has 15" wheels. Same owner since 1994. I can provide more pictures. The last owner (1994) said he bought the car as is except tires. battery's and oil changes.

Corrections to listing - thanks donvoo for the help

This car was originally crimson red. not black. It came with a black vinyl top. there is no vinyl top. the seats were vinyl. they are now cloth.  Neither the hood scoop. nor rear wing are original and neither could be ordered on a 442.
This is a true 442 with tilt. bucket seats/console. power windows. ac. disc brakes and it has the correct rear sway bar and cutout rear bumper.

The engine ID shown in new picture is for a 69-70 Olds Toronado which is what was used in the HO edition cars according to Olds Muscle Car Club. It was also noted that Lansing . Michigan built cars were loose on documenting what was added on the production line during assembly. Several known Central Office Prodcution Orders were added during assembly and not recorded so some special one off cars were sent off the line.
