1936 Buick Model 41 Special
From 1936 to 1958. Buick's Special model range represented the marque's entry level full-size automobile. The '36 was a very successful year for Buick and also marked the first time of using names rather than the simple serial numbers which had been in use before. All models were fitted with the famous Buick Straight-8 engine (Fireball 8). Unlike most other car makers at the time. Buick had used a valve-in-head OHV overhead valve design or I-head.
1936 Buick
Unmolested rare find. Car was known to be running until intake and carbs were removed some years ago. Motor turns free. Car has been sitting in a barn in Florida for the last 25 years . Interior is 100% complete and in original condition The Car is in need of a full restoration
body is solid with minimal surface rust. Wood has been removed from the doors and steel put in its place and all the side glass has been cut and replaced doors are solid .
