1983 Nissan 280ZX for sale

1983 Datsun 280 zx by Nissan.
Black w/ gold pinstriping and tan leather interior.
Sat for a few years and now it won't start.
Could be issue with fuel pump or fuel filter? Doesn't currently have a battery. 52. 29 original miles. all original.
Factory undercoating.
My father was original owner who boughtit in 1983.
Always been garaged and never driven in winter.
Interior and exterior in pretty good shape considering it's age.
No visible rust. Can see in person if interested. just email first.
