  FIRST AND FOR MOST I'D LIKE TO TELL YOU A LITTLE ABOUT ME. I'VE LOVED THE MOPARS ALL OF MY LIFE. I'VE BEEN SAVING THEM FROM THE CRUSHER SINCE I WAS 16 YRS OLD I'M NOW 47. I'VE BUILT A WHOLE OF MOPARS OVER 30 YEARS. ND WHEN I TEAR INTO ONE OF THEM I GIVE IT MY ALL. ND TRY TO DO IT RIGHT. I WORKED FOR A CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP AS A MECHANIC FOR 25 YEARS UNTIL THEY HAD TO CLOSE IT DOWN. I HAVE A LOT OF TIME INVESTED IN THIS CAR. BUT I'VE DECIDED THAT I'M NOT GETTING ANY YOUNGER AND WOULD LIKE TO SOMEHOW GET MY HOUSE PAID AT LEAST HALFWAY DOWN. O I AM GOING TO SELL SOME VEHICLES TO ACHIEVE MY GOAL. I HOPE THAT YOU WILL COMPARE THIS CAR TO OTHERS LISTED FOR SALE. A LOT FOR THE MONEY RIGHT HERE. IT WOULD BE NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO EVEN BEGIN BUILDING THE CAR FOR WHAT MY RESERVE IS. THE RESERVE IS MORE THAN FAIR. LOT OF MONEY HAS BEEN SPENT ON THIS CAR. UP FOR BID IS A 73 DODGE CHARGER SE. IT MAY NOT BE A 68 69 CHARGER. BUT I GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL GET THE STARES. THE THUMBS UP. THE NOD OF APPROVAL FROM MANY PEOPLE. I HAVE A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY INVESTED INTO THIS CAR IT WAS A LABOR OF LOVE. THE CAR IS DRIPPING WET WITH BRAND NEW PARTS. LOOK AT THE PICTURES. ITS JUST ABOUT NEARLY A BRAND NEW RECREATED 73 CHARGER. JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING IS NEW. EBUILT OR REFURBISHED SO THERE IS A LOT OF VALUE HERE AND EVEN THOUGH NO OLD CAR IS PERFECT THIS CAR IS VERY NICE AND VERY ENJOYABLE AND PRESENTS NICELY. I SPENT 3 YRS OFF AND ON RESTORING IT. I WILL DO MY BEST TO DESCRIBE THE VEHICLE IN DETAIL. ORIGINALLY A 400 BIG BLOCK BLUE ON BLUE. NOW IT HAS A 440. THE ENGINE IS A 440 THAT HAS BEEN TOTALLY REBUILT WITH 30 OVER PISTONS 484 MOPAR PURPLE CAMSHAFT AND LIFTERS ELDERBROCK ALUMINUM INTAKE  BRAND NEW HOLLEY 670 CARB. MOPAR VALVE COVERS. ARTER HI FLOW FUEL PUMP. ITH MOPAR ELECTRONIC IGNITION. OPAR VOLTAGE REGULATOR. THE ENGINE HAS AROUND 2 THOUSAND MILES ON IT. WE'RE TALKING A BRAND NEW ENGINE HERE. THE TRANSMISSION IS A 727 AUTOMATIC THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY REBUILT. WITH A NEW TORQUE CONVERTER AS WELL. THE FRONT SUSPENSION HAS BEEN TOTALLY REBUILT. ALL NEW BALL JOINTS. IE RODS. UB FRAME BUSHINGS AND FRONT END ALIGNMENT. ALL NEW SHOCKS. IT DRIVES NICELY. THE BRAKE SYSTEM HAS BEEN TOTALLY REBUILT. ALL NEW METAL BRAKE LINES. ND BRAKE HOSES NEW CALIPERS AND ROTORS. EW MASTER CYLINDER. EW PADS. EW SHOES. EW BRAKE HARDWARE. THE REAR END IS A 8 3/4 WITH A 391 POSITIVE TRACTION IT HAS ALSO BEEN REBUILT. THE EXHAUST SYSTEM IS 2 1/2 INCH ALUMINUM WITH FLOW MASTERS AND FACTORY STYLE TIPS. THE WHEELS ARE MOPAR RALLIES 9 INCH REARS 7 INCH UP FRONT. WITH BRAND NEW 15 INCH COOPER COBRA TIRES. THE WINDSHIELD IS NEW. LONG WITH ALL NEW WEATHER STRIPING. DOOR SEALS AND GLASS SEALS. NEW CORRECT GRAIN VINYL TOP.  AND YES THOSE ARE SUPER BEE EMBLEMS. I DIDN'T LIKE THE S. E BADGES. NEW TAIL LIGHT LENSES.  ANGEL EYE HALO HEADLAMPS AND NEW MOPAR MARKER LAMPS. THE WIPER MOTOR THE WASHER BOTTLE. ALL NEW. THE UNDERSIDE OF THE CAR IS ROCK SOLID. LOOR PANS AND TRUNK ARE ORIGINAL AND SOLID. THE GAS TANK AND FUEL LEVEL UNIT IS NEW. THE HEATER CORE IS NEW. THE INTERIOR HAS BEEN PROFESSIONALLY TOTALLY REDONE IN BLACK VINYL. THE SEATS. OOR PANELS ALL PROFESSIONALLY RECOVERED. WITH A NEW DASH CAP INSTALLED AND THE METAL PART OF THE DASH HAS BEEN REPAINTED GLOSS BLACK. THE HEADLINER AND VISORS HAVE BEEN REDONE IN A SALT/PEPPER TWEED MATERIAL AND THE CARPET IS BRAND NEW THE STEERING WHEEL IS NEW ALSO. HAS AN AFTER MARKET AM/FM/CD RADIO WITH 3 SPEAKERS THAT SOUNDS GREAT. THE ANTENNA AND DOOR HANDLES ARE NEW ALSO. THE WINDOWS ROLL UP AND DOWN NICELY. THE ENGINE IS STRONG AND RESPONSIVE. UNS COOL AND FIRES RIGHT UP. HE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS FIRM AND PULLS HARD. THE BRAKES STOP THE CAR WELL. AND THE PARKING BRAKE HOLDS LIKE IT SHOULD. THE BODY WAS IN DECENT SHAPE WHEN THE PROJECT WAS STARTED. NLY DENTS AND MINIMAL RUST IN THE LOWER QUARTERS. HIS WAS ALL CUT OUT AND NEW METAL WELDED IN. ALL OF THE BODY PANELS ARE ORIGINAL MOPAR METAL. THE BODY IS NOW VERY STRAIGHT AND THE PAINT IS BASE/CLEAR JET BLACK. THE CHARGER WHITE STRIPES ARE BRAND NEW. THE DOOR HINGES ARE NEW. THE CAR HAS BEEN PAINTED FOR 3 YEARS. LTHOUGH THERE ARE SOME SMALL BLEMISHES AND MINOR IMPERFECTIONS. FEW CHIPS THAT HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY TOUCHED UP. THAT WONT EVEN SHOW IN THE PHOTOS. IT SHOWS VERY WELL AND OVER ALL I WOULD GIVE A THE CAR AN 8 WITH 10 BEING THE BEST. JUST KEEP IN MIND IT IS A 1973 MODEL VINTAGE CLASSIC CAR AND THE BODY PANELS LINE UP DECENT BUT THEY WAS NOT PERFECT WHEN THE CAR WAS NEW EITHER. THE DOORS. OOD AND TRUNK OPEN AND SHUT GOOD. THE BUMPERS HAVE BEEN SAND BLASTED AND POWDER COATED BLACK. LONG WITH THE HOOD FENDER AND TRUNK TRIM. ITS ALL BEEN POWDER COATED BLACK FOR DURABILITY. NOT JUST SIMPLY PAINTED BLACK. WHEN I BUILT THIS CAR I USED A LOT OF STAINLESS STEEL BOLTS AND NEW BODY BOLTS THROUGHOUT THE CAR. ITS A TIGHT BUILD AND DOESN'T SQUEAK OR RATTLE WHILE DRIVING. THE BUMPER BRACKETS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED TO TUCK THE BUMPERS IN CLOSER TO THE BODY. . ALL OF THE HEADLAMPS. AIL LAMPS. BRAKE AND PARK LAMPS/DASH LAMPS ARE IN WORKING ORDER. THE HEATER WORKS ALONG WITH THE WIPERS AND THE RADIO. ALL OF THE GAUGES WORK INCLUDING THE SPEEDOMETER. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE TEMP GAUGE. BUT I DID INSTALL A TASTEFUL AFTERMARKET WATER/ OIL PRESSURE GAUGE SET. I INSTALLED THE AFTER MARKET OIL AND WATER GAUGES TO KEEP AN ACCURATE READING ON THOSE TWO VERY IMPORTANT VALUES. THE GRILLES AND TAIL LAMP BEZELS HAVE BEEN RESTORED TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY. I HAVE HUNDREDS OF HOURS IN LABOR THAT I CANT EVEN COUNT. SO I'M NOT COUNTING THAT AS PART OF THE COST. I DID IT TO SAVE HISTORY. I'M NOT SURE TO THE PENNY WHAT I'VE SPENT TO RESTORE THE CAR OVER THE YEARS. OVER 30 GRAND EASILY. MY RESERVE IS FAR LESS THAN WHAT IT TOOK TO RESTORE THE CAR. IT WOULD COST YOU AT LEAST 40 GRAND TO PAY SOMEONE TO HAVE RESTORED IT. THE PICTURES SHOULD SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. THE ONLY THING THAT DOES NOT WORK ON THE CAR ARE THE REVERSE LIGHTS. THE REAR GLASS HAS SOME SCRATCHES IN IT. THE ONLY THING THAT I WOULD PROBABLY CHANGE ABOUT THIS CAR IS THE LOW 391 GEARS IN THE REAR END. THEY ARE GREAT IN TOWN BUT OUT ON THE INTERSTATE THEY ARE JUST A TAD TOO LOW. A 323 OR A 355 WOULD BE IDEAL FOR THIS CAR. T'S A RELATIVELY EASY FIX. THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL. T'S JUST A LOW 391 GEAR. THOSE ARE THE ONLY 3 BAD THINGS THAT I KNOW OF. I HAVE HAD THE CAR ON A 250 MILE ROUND TRIP WITH OUT ANY ISSUES. SO I'D SAY ITS SAFE TO SAY ITS VERY DEPENDABLE. I REQUIRE CASH IN PERSON OR A CERTIFIED BANK CASHIERS CHECK. HE CAR DOESN'T LEAVE UNTIL YOUR MONEY CLEARS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRANSPORTING/SHIPPING COST.
