1987 Mercedes-Benz 500-Series 560SL for sale

1987 Mercedes Benz 560 SL
For sale by private owner is my Uncle's 1987 Mercedes Benz 560 SL.
Purchased in 2014 from the original owner this car has been very well maintained since new.
Second owner has been lifelong friends with the original owner.
Purchased new at Contemporary Motorcars in Little Silver. New Jersey.
The vehicle spent the first few years in New Jersey and then was brought down to Vero Beach. Florida for use at the owner's summer residence.
Second owner brought the 560 SL back to New Jersey in 2014 and has used it for fair weather weekend use for the past couple of summers.
My uncle has recently completed a 3 year restoration on a 190 SL and he has decided to pass on his 560 SL to a good home.
Current owner owns a large construction company here in New Jersey with 2 full time mechanics on staff.
All of his vehicles are maintained regularly.
The Pearl Grey paint (code 122) has a beautiful shine with some minor chips and light scratches.
Interior shows beautifully as original owner had placed sheepskin seat cover on it from 1987-2014.
AC blows cold. and the soft-top was replaced in 2016 for $1200.
New tires installed in 2014 with minimal wear from light usage.
Original books. 2 keys. and original window sticker and data plate are with the vehicle.
Located in New Jersey 07753.
Clean New Jersey title in hand ready for transfer.
Reserve is very reasonable considering the mileage and condition.
