here we have the wife's m 2 Cortina 1600 gt this is a reluctant sale due to moving to a new area and my wife's new job requires a modern car for business insurance so now the car has to go we have had the car for 5 years before we got it the car was restored by the previous owner it was a nut and bolt resto the body was striped completely an all rust was cut out and new panels were fitted have a look at you tube to see resto the body is a deluxe but the previous owner had a genuine gt as well but it was to far gone. so what we have is every thing from the gt was reconditioned and assembled on the deluxe body in the you tube pictures shows 1600 e interior but this is due to the gt interior being re-upholstered at the time. the under side of the car is mint just as when restored but on drivers side wing. door and rear arch have small amount of rust but very minimal also front windscreen scuttle passenger side see picture the car is very good condition for its age and would take very small amount of work to become mint once again the passenger front seat has a small nic and the dash pad has cracks could do with a recover its tax free very cheap to run. had new tyres 18 months ago hardly been driven since. front brake pads will need changing soon. agreed insurance certificate of £3000 but for what the car is I think the valuation is low please no boy racers this deserves a caring loving new owner no timewasters or dreamers this is a genuine car not your usual rust buckets you can come across.

THE CAR HAS JUST BEEN SERVICED OIL FILTER. POINTS. ONDENSOR. LL TAPPETS ADJUSTED AND NEW FRONT PADS. FORGOT TO MENSION IN DESCRIPTION FUEL TANK SENDER WORKS OCCASSIONALLY BUT NOT OFTEN. EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS AS IT SHOULD.
