1961 Chrysler 300 GOwner since 2004 One of the nicest you will find with low original mileage!I purchased this car from a museum in Buffalo New York in 2004. it has an interesting owner history in that it used to belong to the famed late film preservationist James Card. In 2005 I took this car to the Don Garlitz Mopar show in Gainsville Florida where Don himself was so impressed he featured it on his show "Behind the Headlights" on Speedvision where he even autographed the underside of the deck lid. He mentioned on the air it was the finest example of a 300 G he's ever seen. When I received the car I spent the summer of 2004 on the interior. Although the seats were recently done the dash. console. steering wheel. aluminum inserts on the doors and all emblems needed replacing and that is just what I did all with NOS parts. The interior as you see in the pictures is stunning and could be considered #1 condition. This car has never had a full restoration as it is a low mileage car and really has not needed it. The exterior is a strong number 2 not a trailer queen. The car did win an AACA Junior in 2005 but is kept in airconditioned storage 365 days a year. I am selling it because I do not drive it much anymore and basically lost interest. I guess it's time for someone else to take over. All power options work. windows. lights. radio. blower motor. windshield wipers and even the pump washer!All brakes were recently serviced with NOS drums replaced on the rears. After being asked for further information I wanted to add that I do have the build sheet and decoded. The colors and trim are original. I also have the complete owner history with repair invoices going back about 30 years. Mileage is original. The car has been known to the Chrysler 300 Club for many years and was listed as a "survivor" so if the Club is contacted they can provide information as well with the Vin Number.
