I am very reluctantly selling my pride and joy. as my newly qualified 17 year old son now needs a car. I have owned the van since 2008 and have used her on a weekly basis as the family's second car. This car has never let me down. starts first time. every time and runs beautifully. No problem keeping up with traffic in town and cruises happily at 65 mph on the motorway. Hasn't ever needed an oil top-up.
New galvanized chassis. new floors and new brake pipes fitted by PTS Developments (Pete Sparrow) after purchase and then fully Waxoyled.
Electronic ignition and Harley coil.

In the last 5 years she has only ever failed an MOT on wiper blades. headlamp bulb and rear fog light fixings. Apart from these she has sailed through the test every year with no advisories for the last two years. All servicing has been done by PTS annually.

Much love has been lavished on her over the last five years including a respray. fitting of rear seatbelts and electric windscreen washers. and a very comfortable replacement driver's seat (from a BX). The photos hopefully show how neat and tidy this van is. Garaged every night since I bought her.

I am aware of only one other such model in the UK at present. This is the very rare Mixte variant of the Acadiane with factory fitted. but easily removable rear seats with added three point seatbelts. The long side windows have had new rubber surrounds (SPOG) and they work perfectly. Front doors benefit from wind-down windows. a brilliant upgrade over the other variants. With the rear seats in place this is a great family car. with them removed it becomes a very useful van with a large load space. further enhanced by the very large roof rack. Also has a towbar fitted.
I wanted one of these vans since I was 10 years old and finally got her when I was 55! Now I'm forced to sell her due to family circumstances. It will break my heart! This is a very good example of the model and is a head turner wherever she goes. people always want to stop and ask about her. You will not be disappointed.
