Titled and licensed as a 1969 VW / Exempt from emissions in most states. however. he just passed emission/inspection testing here. Headlights. running lights. turn signals. brake lights. emergency flashers all work. even the trunk light works. Classic VDO gauges. speedo reads kilometers. tach works. petro/fuel gauge works. dynamo/amp works. il pressure gauge works. oil temp gauge does not work (possible loose wire or sender). Original am/fm 8-track stereo (not working) who has 8-track tapes laying around anyway? a 1600 VW engine / plenty of power. NEW headers and exhaust just installed (GREAT SOUND)Brakes are a little mushy from not being driven much. need to be bled. I will put that on my "To Do List" this week!Professionally repainted this spring with original "RUSTIC RED". Authentic Bugatti hood ornament NEW "Uniroyal" tires (including the spare)The interior is in very good condition. the solid wood dash and wood steering wheel are classic. Includes the original Tanneau cover Both windshields are clear / No scratches The original Ahooga horn is great (very loud)Rear air shocks for adjusting rear ride height The rear boat tail lid has a spring loaded latch This car has always been stored indoors / with cover Fun to drive. compliments everywhere you take it.
