You are bidding on an incomplete but very cool Buggatti kit car. These are a blast to drive and this is my second one.  Unfortunately this is a project that I am never going to finish so it has to go. The first picture is the car loosely assembled for Halloween in my front yard last October
The engine has recently been started. But the car was never finished. It is exactly as I purchased it a couple of years ago.  It has a great set of wire wheels. The person that started the build was very skilled and did a great job with the "bones" of the car. I have started the engine recently and the trans is good. look closely at the pictures and ask question prior to bidding. There is no title only a bill of sale . this is a project for parts. No title. bill of sale only.
