1966 Volvo Other

This is a very nice little 66 Volvo 1800 S daily driver.

Good clean Ohio title (from 1981!).

Same owner since late 70's.

Always kept inside.

Very solid car as can be seen from underbody pictures. Very little rust (review last picture for rust issue).

No previous accidents or previous body work besides a repaint.

Older paint with chips (large spot on hood).

Drivers side door slightly different shade of red.

Previous owner had door repainted after a "parking lot" incident at grocery store and color did not match well.

My painter quoted me $3500 to repaint car (engine bay not included).

That's taking all trim on and off too! B 20 engine from a 69 1800 S.

Has a little more "go" than the stock B 18 it originally came with (watch You Tube video).

This car is color code red (46) with black interior (308-501).

Transmission shifts into all gears.

Overdrive works great.

Tachometer works but not accurate (500-1000 rpm's off). Speedometer gets stuck at 20 mph. Center temp gauge & oil pressure gauge disconnected and after market unit mounted under dash being used.

Fuel gauge works. Clock is most likely not working.

Exterior lights all work.

Original brake booster has been bypassed since it decided to stop working this week.

Brakes actually still work very well.

I'm ordering a new aftermarket unit from VP this week which will be included for new owner.

Fluids recently changed.

Carbs have been dissembled and cleaned.

Comes with original spare tire. scissor jack. and crank rod.

Interior is in good overall condition.

I have taken well over 100 detailed pictures of this car from just about every angle.
