Up for reluctant sale is my 6/76 LX Torana SL hatchback. Car was originally a 253 L 32. 4 speed M 20 with a 3. 08 ratio GU 4 diff and was Royal Plum in colour. All tags are present but the rivets on one have corroded. Car now has a pre pollution 308 from a HQ sitting in it which I have never had running. it has no gearbox & now has a 9 inch diff in place of the factory 3. 08 ratio banjo. Wheels are 14 x 7 & 14 x 8 hotwires
The roof has severe rust issues in the section around the hinges. the pillars & above the windscreen. COMES WITH A UC HATCHBACK SHELL WITH A PERFECT ROOF TO USE FOR A DONOR.
The floors appear to be in good shape with only surface rust from the carpet being wet. There is also minor rust in the boot area & where the hatch meets the body above the taillights.
The interior is complete however it will require retrimming & it has an SL/R dash.
Also comes with 2 spare doors in great condition & a spare rear hatch in great shape.
This hatchback obviously requires a load of work & is not for the faint hearted however the long term for Torana's and early Holden's is looking great and this car would be a good investment if nothing else.
