LHD Toyota Corolla AE86 1600SR (Levin, Trueno, Hachi Roku) MOT and TAX

This car has lived in Switzerland until earlier this year and is in very clean condition. It comes with all the handbooks. 2 genuine keys. rust treatment book. optional extra book. 23 stamps in the exhaust emissions Toyota books and 12 stamps by the selling dealer upto 2002. It arrived in the UK having had some idiot paint the rear half in a thick black paint. It has now been restored and had it's first respray. This is not some dogged up rotten shed. There were some small repairs to the rear arch and there has been a small area welded below the roof to support the gas strut. but otherwise it has not had any welding and doesn't need any. The underside has factory seam lines. I have had the standard rims refurbished. It also has the genuine Toyota steel wheels with winter tyres and even the small Toyota hub caps with the very old Toyota logo on them. I put it in for an MOT and it needed headlamp beam benders. a set of front brake pads and a caliper freed off. It passed that afternoon with nothing advised. All EU duties have been paid and is on UK registration A 238 ACV. It is totally standard aside from the front spotlights and the gearknob It will need a little detailing:A new aerial. a back shelf. the radio crackles and although the radiator works fine. it does look like it will need replacing soon. the front bumper has some scuffs and the chin spoiler is needing remounting. This has been relisted due to 4 winning bidders not responding. The car is correctly registered as an AE 86 and all the VIN numbers. stickers. even service book all verify this. It has a gearbox with hydraulic clutch unlike an AE 85. but has a single cam engine. drum brakes and no LSD. Given many people now change the engine. rear diff and rip the interior out. the shell would make a fantastic Motorsport car. r just keep unmolested for a sound investment. The VIN number has AE 86 in it. the sticker on the fuel car says AE 86. the UK V 5 states AE 86. the service book states AE 86. so unlike the last buyer from Poland told me after buying it and asking for additional photos of the underside. it is no fake!!!!!!
