1955 mercury for sale

ok here is a 1955 merc lead sled . it was built for display in a auto museum in fla and then put into storage for years I bought it in a package deal of 3 cars . I cant keep them all so here it is . the body work is extensive . done right and would cost 10 grand to have done today . I like it . the pepto and blue paint makes it catch your eye fast and is still in great shape . the pinstriping is amatuer at best but can be done again not a big drawback . I think overall it looks good . the interior is all for show the power seats don't work the vynil seats are painted white . the rest is real.
the gauges work but there is no tack . speedo. ipers or heater so the int needs work but not bad I love the dice to open the doors from inside and out . the 327 chevy runs fine and the trans shifts great no problems it drives good and stops well . the exhaust is good all the way to the back the lake pipes are for show . the tires are good
now the bad stuff everything electrical should be redone it all works but its not right . it has a boat tank in the trunk that works but needs to be done right its not safe as far as I see it and last it has a plexiglass windshield . so in all I would keep this one its not bad needs work but not bad but I just don't have the storage for all my cars now and it has to go please feel free to ask questions sold with a bill of sale sold as is where is buyer is responsible for shipping the car is located in pine bush ny and can be seen any time BEFORE the end of auction if you win the auction you OWN the car
