Seller's notes: Made in the USA by the American Motor Company (AMC) for the rugged Canadian landscape. Speedometer is in kilometers and the odometer reads 53,498 kms (33,242 miles). NO RUST - NO ACCIDENTS - SOLID AS NEW TO DRIVE. The only flaw is some UV fading on the original fender moldings (common issue see photos) and OEM replacement fenders are available, affordable and easy to install. An original stock triple-black CJ-8 Scrambler combined with the highly sought after SL-Sport trim package is indeed a RARE-CLASSIC. If you are looking for a bargain please do not contact me. In April 2010. Craig Fitzgerald of Hemmings Motor News. wrote the following in his review of these rare classics. “Low production makes the CJ-8 a desirable JEEP. Finding a CJ-8 is certainly more difficult than finding one of the more plentiful CJ-7's. but they are out there. finding one in completely stock configuration is another matter”.
