1970 Oldsmobile Delta 88. 455 Convertible. This is the closest you can get to a frame off restoration without actually taking it off the frame. I know I will probably miss some things but as I remember ill updated it.

Interior- There were a couple spots in the floorboard that had a little rust. The places were cutout and replaced with metal or if they were tiny holes then they were welded close.   All of the interior was taken completely out and the floor was hit with a wire brush and coated with epoxy. I placed sound deadener/ heat insulation under the brand new carpet. All the seats were taken down to the bare frame and recovered. The door panels were completely redone from the boards to the vinyl.  All the Rubber/ weather stripping was bought brand new and replaced. The windshield was not taken out and resealed. but it was water tested and there are no leaks.

The Convertible top is Brand new and put on by a local Interior shop. The top is a dark navy color. All the pads underneath were bought new. The frame was sanded and painted to match the dash/interior. The Top goes up and down wonderful. No Problems with the functioning of the top at all.

The inside of the trunk was scuffed and coated also. I made panels for the trunk sides and back. There is black carpet in the floor of the trunk. Then the panel that covers up the convertible area is black vinyl. The panels that cover the sides are the same color as the seats and the door panels.

Exterior-   All the body work and stuff has been done over the last 7/8 years and was finished about 4 years ago. The car was finished being put together a little over a year ago. The car is a custom pearl white. All of the panels were taken off of the car and sanded or blasted down to bare metal. They were worked from the metal up. All rust being cut out and replaced. All the panels were fitted and all open and shut great. All the jambs were painted as well. Underneath trunk. fender. door jambs everything. The Bad. There are a few small spots coming through on the lower areas.   One on the passenger fender. a tiny one on the front passenger quarter and one on the driver front quarter panel.   There is a scuff mark up the driver fender on the bottom where it slid of a jack and put a small dent in it. And a scuff mark. There are a couple small nicks in it here and there from normal driving and assembly.   All areas can be seen in pictures.

Wheels- The wheels were custom matched by a powder coating company to match the car. They are 22 inch American racing wheels with 245/30/22 tires. Also if you don't like the white wheels I have a set of 15 inch rallies with brand new tires that can go on the car instead.

Motor & etc- The motor is a 455 inch motor. It has a 350 transmission in it. The transmission was taken out and a new filter and seals were put in it. The transmission pulls and runs great. The motor is original. I sealed up everything on it except the front cover and the oil pan. The motor was not taken out of the car. I put a stock 4 barrel intake on it with a quadrajet carb that was rebuilt. The car had cruise originally. but could not figure out how to get in on the new intake. plus the parts were obsolete. The motor has new fuel pump. water pump. new radiator. all new hoses and lines. new power brake booster and master cylinder. The Car has headers for a 455 but they were not for this car so some modifications were done to fit around the stearing box.   All the lights and signals work perfect on the car. The heat works but I am waiting on a book right now so I can figure out the vacuum lines so the heater blows. Once the vacuum lines are fixed the air and heat both work.

I know I am probably missing some things but as I remember I will updated.   This car is awesome to drive. Runs great. drives great and gets tons of looks. any questions shoot me a message and I'll answer it my best.
