1944 GMC Military 6 x 6. This truck has some dents and burses. but it is very solid with NO RUST! Mechanically very sound and tight. Runs but needs tune up. carb cleaned. and some brake work.

This is the story. This truck was purchased from the military in 1957 to a Vegetable and Livestock farmer here in Iowa. It was kept in a shed and only used in the fall to harvest vegetables for about 30 days each year and then put back into the shed. This was used until the 1990's then not used until 2000 when I purchased it. It has set in my barn since. It had a third axle added and the rear wheels reversed to get down the rows during harvest and to disperse the weight. I cut the added frame off for ease of storage and I was going to bob the truck by cutting off the second axle shortening it more. I just cant do it. these trucks are getting too hard to find in this condition.

A person can weld this extra frame back on or do what he wants to do. All these axles are interchangeable along with the spring set up. All the wheels have combat rims
