Very Clean very Original Mignonette Green/Tan 1956 Oval Window Standard Beetle. Original 1200 cc Flat Four 6 Volt with its original manual 4 speed gear box. All works as it should. Engine has small oil leak appears to be at push rod tube seal area. Horn does not work. Car is absolutely Rust/Accident free. Starts with just a few seconds of choke and idles perfect immediately. Runs clean and strong. Brakes and Clutch are excellent. All lights and even the original radio all work exactly as they should. Bright work is shiny and clean and paint although redone several years ago still shows extremely well and shows no signs of dulling or damage with the exception of one small chip on the right rear fender. Interior is clean and original in appearance although seat covers and door panels appear to have been changed with newer original style ones at some point. Tires and wheels look great with 85/90% tread life remaining. This car was originally sold in Washington and is currently located in Vancouver. I am happy to assist with arranging a Washington title for the new owner. :)This is a great example of an unmolested and original Oval window bug.

These cars have shown steady growth in the marketplace and with no sign of levelling now is the time to get yourself one and enjoy it while it continues to grow in value.
