Austin A110 Westminster Super Deluxe Mk 2 Manual O/d for sale
Current customer rating:
The most desirable of all of the big Farinas. this is a 1965 Austin A 110 Mk 2 Super Deluxe.
It is a 4 speed manual with overdrive.
It was originally an export model and was exported to Kenya when new.
It was re-imported back to UK in 1993.
The absolutely key point on this car is that it has never had rust and has never been welded.
The floors. footwells. sills are all solid and the rims around the wheel arches are all sharp (as they were made at the factory) rather than full of filler.
The car has done 60 k miles.
It has had a respray and I think a new interior.
I have some history from when it was in Kenya and some more in UK.
I also have the heritage certificate showing its build and export.
I bought it a year ago after it had done very few miles in the previous 20 years.
I have changed or rebuilt the rear wheel brake cylinders.
the front brake callipers. /
brake master cylinder. servo. clutch master cylinder. clutch slave cylinder and
checked/refilled/replaced the rear axle oil. gearbox oil. engine oil/filter. water. plugs. points and obviously brake and clutch fluid. valve gaps. timing. /
thermostat and gasket.
I have also bought 5 new tyres.
The car starts every time and runs very smoothly.
The engine does not smoke.
The overdrive works well as does the kickdown.
The car is very reliable.
I am selling because I want another car to fettle over the winter.
Tax is free and it has 3 months MOT and I expect it to pass next time.

Having viewed this particular website previously i'm never sure if these postings are current, before making an offer is the Austin still available.
Thanks
