Subject to a concours quality rotisserie restoration this beauty is fresh with only test miles. Never shown. be the first to make a splash at your classic car event. An authentic and original automobile with matching motor and chassis.  Great investment grade automobile.   The subject of restoration started as a complete and original car. the ideal candidate. Held by the previous owner since the 1960's the car was still in running and driving form. This little beauty was painstakingly taken apart and every nut and bolt separated. Starting with a media blasting to remove every last bit of paint. primer. and contamination - that was followed by a comprehensive evaluation of all body and support metal. Sections were removed and butt joint welded as needed. no messy lapped metal here. Base/clear Caribbean Blue was applied to the body over the best quality primers on the market. Chrome plating service over layers of copper to make sure everything was right. Top and Interior purchased in kit form and installed by skilled trim shop. Original Austin A-40 engine perfectly restored; complete machine work and new parts throughout. New wiring. lines. fuel tank. sending units. and much much more. All of the points you would expect from a professional restoration.   The culmination of a dear freindship between owner and restorer. The restorer of this wonderful 'met' is a true artist. With his resume showing experience such as: Pebble Beach. AACA Senior's. CCCA Premier's. and 1st at Geneva. Glenmoor. Meadowbrook.
