Rare XR 7 convertible.
Here's a convertible we hardly ever see anymore . There are 50 Mustangs convertibles for 1 Mercury convertible on the market at any given time
so this make this Cougar a rare find in this condition for car that is 46 years old.
So I am helping a neighbor sell his low mile 1969 Mercury Cougar XR 7 convertible. it drives real nice and tight no rattles or strange noises. many aspects were restored however the interior is original and beautiful
it is a very well equipped California car with A/C though the compressor has been removed in favor to of a more modern and efficient compressor like Sanden we see on hot rods however the owner never got to it.
It features tubular front A-arm with all new suspension bushings. ball joints. it received a complete engine overhaul 2 years ago including detailing the engine compartment
this car has all power. disc brakes. power windows. power steering. tilt. power top with heavy black canvas and glass rear windows.
brand new wheels and tires. this car is turn key and ready to go for top down fun.
