Selling an award winning 1960 Austin Healey Bug Eye Sprite. 500 miles since complete rotisserie restoration. Original Iris blue basecoat/clearcoat refinish with dark blue interior with light blue piping on seats. Drive train updated to a rebuilt 1275 cc engine and a 4 speed ribbed case transmission. The entire body was media blasted and powder coated inside and out before the body work was completed. The underside and wheel wells were coated in a bed liner material before the refinish was applied. The vehicle is equipped with disk brakes. wire wheels and stainless exhaust. All chrome plating was restored to a show quality finish and the aluminum cockpit surround and windshield frame have been polished. All the electrical is new including a cloth bound body and under dash harness. fuse box. switches. starter. coil. battery. generator and regulator. Fan and wiper motor have been rebuilt. The fuel tank. pump & sender were replaced new. All the steering and suspensions components have been replaced with new parts including the steering rack. All four shocks have been rebuilt. so has the radiator. The entire braking system has been renewed including the hydraulic lines and hoses. The clutch master cylinder was rebuilt and sleeved for 1275 clutch.

Vehicle runs. drives and handles great. Although the windshield has been replaced new. there is one small rock chip in it. Included is an extra ribbed transmission and the old top and side curtains. For California buyers. the yellow and black year of manufacture plates will be included.
