1924 Moreland Model RR6 Fuel Delivery Tank Truck Continental Engine Driver Rare for sale

Offered here for your consideration and bids is a 1924 Moreland Model RR6 Fuel Delivery Truck.  This three compartment hauler originally transported home heating oils.  Its use was changed to deliver Kerosene to homes and businesses with the classic metered pump on the side of the rig.  This Moreland Motor Truck Company example was built in Los Angeles.  
First discovered in a museum in Washington State. it was then purchased by just two subsequent collectors on the Central Coast in the Santa Barbara County wine country in a dry environment.  The rig has always been garaged and remains in remarkable condition.  The six-cylinder Continental engine runs great and the truck cruises to 35MPH.  The data plate states that if you drove the vehicle over 35MPH. you would void your warranty!  (see photo)  
The truck runs brand new tubes and tires plus all new fluids and the brake cylinders have been rebuilt.  
I have been in the classic vehicle marketing business full time since 2001.  This Moreland is owned by my personal mechanic.  If you are seeking a vintage truck. you have located your vehicle.  Classic trucks have exploded in collectibility and value in the last several years.  This Moreland is outstanding and the model is one to keep. for a collection. shows. as an investment. parades or as an advertising icon for a business.
