1946 Sea Grave Rat Hot Rod V12 GMC 702 CI for sale

1962 GMC 702 ci V12 gasoline engine

Running. driving. titled. registered and insured. Drives and stops straight. all lights. blinkers. wipers. dash gauges work. real safety glass installed.

The experiance: It rides like crap. has no power steering. no power brakes. its painfully loud. very hot (no firewall). big eaton trans in tough to shift. its absolutely horrible on fuel. why would anyone want this thing? Because its fun as stink and the coolest thing on the planet!

Stock gmc engine. was told it had 26K but who knows. runs great. changed to rochester 2g carbs modified to accept holley jets. still running points (all ign parts replaced). Cooling is by a summit aluminum rad and electric fan (border line adequate) plan is to put another radiator in back which i have had success with before. I drive it all the time the way it is. 10-212 deg is where she runs id like to see 190 deg. nbsp; (now have a second radiator with fan and shroud)  

Bell housing is a sae# 1. mated to an Eaton fuller 5 spd. commercial dual disc clutch custom made by Portland transmission. drive shaft is custom. E-brake is a drum unit on the output shaft. Rear axle is Ford Sterling 1 ton with 4:11's and stock trac lok

Body is the original Sea Grave cab and fire wall all solid. glass is new. body is channeled aprox. 8". grill (solid cast aluminum) was sectioned and narrowed. hood and sides are stock and function. Gauges are original faces with new gauges behind (speedo does not work. use your I-phone).  

Frame is Sea Grave. kicked up under fire wall and stepped a-lot in the rear. Suspension is 1/4 elliptical all around (front spring on rear / rear springs on front). lower track arme front and rear. no shocks. steering stabilizer going on now. no shocks. front axle is original Timken. brakes are drum front and rear (non power). manual line lock.

I probably forgot more of whats done than I remember.  We can help with shipping depending on where you are and how busy I am (ultimately this is your responsibility).  All Transactions will be via bank wire or cash. a 10% deposit is required to hold the vehicle. nbsp;balance due within 3 days unless we come to another arrangement (things happen we will work with reasonable folks).   This Vehicle is for sale on several international venues. I will sell it to the first person with cash!
