1979 Scout ll. I bought this a few months ago with the intention of restoring it. but I just bought the same model year in Arizona that has been restored and has an LS swapped in it. This Scout is way to nice to part out. sure it needs some work but its dang near 40 years old. Frame is solid no rust. front end is solid. needs rear quarters. rockers. and corner caps. Bed and floor are solid. I drive it around once a week and it is garage kept. This is an excellent candidate for a restore or to make a trail rig. Dana 44 front and rear. 727 trans. Dana 20 transfer case. has factory air. Has factory 4 barrel manifold with an edelbrock 1406 carb. Has factory cruise. Hardtop is mounted but it also comes. with the frame and soft top that is usable but could stand to be replaced. This is a solid American made vehicle that runs and drives as is.
