Welcome to a auction for my fathers beautiful 1969 MGC GT .
With only 66. 82 miles. To try to describe this stunning little car is very hard . s any classic car I guess due to the age . will be as honest as I possibly can be You are more then welcome to contact and even view and test drive the the car up to the very end of the auction . As you can see the car is one of only very few built in beautiful snowberry white . The car has had three owners but family owned from 200 miles until my farther bought her . emo upto 200 miles then Family to family The car had the wire wheel option and overdrive option from new . gain rare
The car is in a very genuine unrestored state . his does not mean at all that it is in need of restoration . the car could quite happily be used dare I say Dailey user / runner if so wished
Included in the sale is the genuine owners delivery certificate . enuine handbook and service / workshop manuals . ay I stress these are not reprints . ut the genuine mg supplied items . lmost un replaceable in there own right .
. RUST. Most people will be thinking yes but the rust . gain Dare I say there is very very little and no welding or requirement to do so
I have pictured all the most common rust points . ll front seams. ing tops. rear seams wing tops . sills inner and outer. astle sections ect All genuine and rust free The only small bit to mention is a small bleb on the rear of the rear wheel arch . n size this is approx size of two 50 p pieces
Interior The seats . arpets'. Ect are all genuine and all very good for age
Engine Purrs beautifully runs and pulls lovely . f being picky could maybe do with a carb tune . etup but nothing really . s the gearbox very smooth and a pleasure The car has loads of character and drives so so well . ome cars tire you this does not at all Personally this car will suit a wide array of people A true enthusiast whom wishes to leave as is and drive Again may I say this car is free from welding ect . Or a person whom wishes to restore with very minor work to a stunning standard as this would be a bolt off paint . olt on job suited to all levels of ability
