The Mazda RX-7 sports car was built between the years 1978-2002 and featured a unique twin-rotary engine with rear wheel drive and which was initially offered as either a two seat coupe or a 2+2 coupe. The car has made Car & Driver Magazine's '10 Best List' a remarkable 5 times! It has become synonymous with pop culture in numerous films including the 'Fast & the Furious' and 'Gran Turismo'. The FD RX-7 was 'Motor Trend's 'Import Car of the Year' in 1993 as well as 'Playboy' magazine's 'Car of the Year' in the same year! 'Road & Track' proclaimed the car as 'The ace in Mazda's sleeve is the RX-7. a car once touted as the purest. most exhilarating sports car in the world!' Handling in the FD was regarded as world-class. and it is still regarded as being one of the finest handling and the best balanced cars of all time.

One of the most appealing Japanese cars ever produced. unfortunately the early models have largely disappeared from the roads almost entirely due to the renown insurmountable rust issues of all the Japanese cars of this era making this original owner example with all service records since new and only 40 K original miles all the more rare and unusual in its completely rust free and all original stock condition! Please note that this example is the 2 seat coupe version with a notably different and more attractive roof-line from the less desirable 2+2 models.

The car was purchased new by its original and only family owners at 'Royal Volkswagen' of High Point. NC on 8/6/1988 and the car was always serviced at the same dealership. which later was to become 'Parks Automotive'. the Mazda/Suzuki/Daewoo dealership of High Point. NC. . until the car was brought by the family to southern California late last year.

This

is a beautiful stock always garaged and all original example with it's original engine with only 40 K original miles and with all of

it's original factory specifications and options intact. Owned

since new by only one mature and fastidious family owner and always

primarily serviced at either Mazda dealerships or specialists since new with the original owners manual and service booklet. purchase order and all service records since new available.

The car has a very straight body with beautiful paint and the car has obviously always been garaged and has had no history of any accidents and no rust with the floor boards and

trunk area all remarkably completely original and solid. The car has it's original factory 'Light Gray' leather interior which is also in

non-refundable deposit is required through Ebay's Paypal service to end

the case these terms of sale are not met seller reserves the right to

either re-list the vehicle or offer the vehicle to the next highest

Seller reserves the right to end the auction at any time before

The non-refundable deposit in the amount of $1. 00 is due within 48
