1988 Porsche 944 Base for sale

I'm putting up my Porsche 944 Base coupe for auction. I've owned this car for about a year. I'm very meticulous about the cars I drive. I want them to run a drive perfect. I have invested thousands upon thousands into this car. It currently has 142. 25 miles. But the drivetrain is a lot newer.
It's looks great and I get looks and compliments all the time. It has been garaged since I have owned it. It's not a 10 . There are minor scuffs and scratches when looking at it close up. The interior is very clean. There are a few minor cracks on the top of the dashboard. And the front seats have a few stress cracks from being thirty years old.
Repairs and maintenance I have done since I've owned it over the past year.
Completely Rebuilt Automatic Transmission 2300. 00 Brake fluid service change 125. 00 Synthetic oil and filter change 95. 00 K&N Performance Lifetime Engine Air Filter Element 120. 00 Replaced Hood Shocks 114. 00 Replaced fuel filter 79. 00 Repaired transmission hose at tranny 100. 00 Diagnosed Engine Oil Leak Resealed Front Cam Shaft Bearing Housing Assembly 800. 00 Fixed Odometer 200. 00 Replaced Battery 150. 00 Replaced windshield wiper motor (bought on e Bay for 125. 00. installed for 200. 00)Oil gauge sensor switch (bought on e Bay 50. 00)Lower front control arms (bought on here 80. 00 each. installed for 200. 00)New front windshield (covered by insurance)
I have receipts for almost everything. and could probably look up the positive feedback on all of the other items that I purchased on e Bay.
Things it needs
1) A/C unit has a leak. Compressor goes on . But a pressure test reveal there is a leak in one of the AC lines. 2)horn doesn't work. Previous customer had a racing steering wheel. and reinstalled the original when he sold it to me. Need to be hooked up correctly.
My main reason for selling is that I went new. My mechanic (also friend)that I have been using for the past 20 years has just retired. There will no longer be anymore "friend rates" And to find a new mechanic and establish a good relationship can be hit or miss.
What you are buying here and a rock solid body with a practically fully rebuilt drivetrain. Nothing is being hidden. There's no band aids or duct tape holding together. And it drives great!! Like a Porsche should drive.
Transmission still has 2 year 24. 00 mile warranty on it . It was only rebuilt around this previous Thanksgiving.
