1986 1/2 Corvette Convertible "Indy 500 Pace Car" (First Corvette Convertible back since 1975) Original colors. Dark Red Metallic with Saddle leather interior. NUMBERS MATCHING Original L 98 5. 7 Liter (350 c. i. ) 235 HP Aluminum head tuned port fuel injection. Original Corvette 700 R 4 4 speed Auto Transmission (rebuilt) Original 2. 59:1 ratio Posi-Traction rear. Second owner since Sept 5 1991. Never crashed. no rust anywhere. Clean Title. Clean car fax. original VATS security System keys (2 sets) included.

Cold A/C. Upgraded Bose CD Stereo System. Cruise. Tilt and Tele steering wheel. Leather Power seats. power mirrors. Power Windows. Power Door Locks. Regular gas. 25 mpg hwy. transmission just rebuilt. A/C system rebuilt with new compressor. Electronic dash cluster just rebuilt. exhaust system rebuilt. Suspension rebuilt. New Battery. Original Jupiter. Florida Chevy dealer delivery. never in snow or salt. Under carriage is still very clean.

Never misused or neglected. Runs well but needs new Paint. needs a new convertible top and maybe seat covers.

All maintennance issues had been performed on time over the years with GM parts. Oil changes every 4000 miles. Always garaged until Aug 2015 (lost garage space) Always been a great car and never left me stranded.

Reason for selling. Just purchased a 2004 C 5 Corvette convertible at a great price. This 31 year old car is considered an ANTIQUE IN FLORIDA. and as such. tags only cost around $22 for a year.

Classic car full insurance is very inexpensive.
