A lovely piece of Alfa history this 1964 Giulia ti 1600 is a rare find. Chassis No 728950
Original eng no AR
The car is largely original with some Guilia Super Updates including a refurbished twin carb Giulia super motor AR
(which is very good) and flat interior door trims ( the original moulded ones are in need of major work). Car lived in Bendigo in storage for a long period before being put back on the road about 7 years ago. Body is very good with a few minor issues that do not require immediate attention. Re- trimmed nterior is excellent and features rare original steering wheel. Car comes with its original 1600 engine and the downdraught solex carb. manifold. inkages if you want to go back to original. This engine is believed to be in reasonably good order. Engine bay is unmodified so this could easily be done. Gearbox is good apart from a whine in 5 th. It has the original dunlop brakes all round which work Ok. The diff is a little noisy. Tyres are correct and wheels have been sandblasted and re-painted. Front grill is excellent a recent NOS find. All chrome and stainless is good or better. New rear screen rubber. all glass good. Paintwork is ok apart from the boot and bonnet areas which need some attention. Currently on NSW club plates.
