1981 FIAT Spider 2000 Turbo
One of only 700 Fiat Spider Turbos made.
With a 2-litre fuel-injected 4-cylinder. the Spider was quick and fun to drive.
For the 1981-1982 model years. some US models were fitted with a turbo by Legend industries before going to the dealership.
This made a great little car even better. Low curb weight. independent suspension. and 4-wheel disc breaks. made the Spider handle as well as any Italian sports car.
The turbo-charged engine made the car truly quick.
I have owned this car for 9 years and done a great deal of work on it.
This is one of the best Spiders you will find. It is in excellent but not perfect condition.
I have replaced the turbo. reconditioned the heads. restored and repainted the body and replaced the top among other things.
I have only used synthetic oil to preserve the turbo.
