The car you see before you took years of love and patience to make it what it is today.   This car started life as a 1972 Malibu 350ci Convertible in Golf Green. with green interior and a front bench seat.   The car was taken all the down to the bare frame and reconstructed into the amazing car you see before you today.   The owner chose to paint the car in Monaco Orange (which is a factory Chevelle color).   The interior was completely reassembled with true SS parts. SS door cards. bucket seats. center console. steering wheel etc. the convertible top was redone completely (including hydraulics) and given a new style glass back window.   When it came time for a power plant the owner choose to install a very stout 396ci engine with Corvette 427 heads. he topped it off with a roller camshaft and an edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor. This was all mated to the original 4 speed transmission.  As you can see from the pictures this was a no expense spared build. even the wheels are true SS wheels along with the badging.   If you want to have the perfect driver SS without the crazy SS price tag this is your new car!!
