1969 Chevrolet Chevelle for sale
Current customer rating:
1969 Chevy Chevelle 454 big block and 4 speed.
This is a beautiful and well running car that will turn heads at every car show or gas station.
I would classify this as a top notch driver.
This is an older restoration by prior owner.
I purchased from the children of the prior owner as a part of an estate settlement.
Body is super straight. paint is older but shines up wonderfully.
Interior is in nice shape with newer carpeting and seats cover.
Engine is 454 that has been rebuilt. Edelbrock intake and carb.
Has aluminum radiator with dual electric fans.
Starts up on first crank. runs and drives well. does not run hot.
No issues. Clutch is strong.
Has front disc brakes and posi rear end.
Tires are not new. but tons of tread left on them.
Rally wheels are straight and true. no curb rash.
Chrome is all is very good shape.
Door chrome has a couple small dents. but I will include brand new door chrome to new owner.
Trunk is clean and looks worse in the pictures. but solid and free of rust.
Quarters are solid.
Prior owner claims they were never replaced.
I suspect they have been replaced. but regardless they are rust free.
Headliner is good.
This is a great car to buy and drive as it is.
It does need a couple things addressed at some point.
It has some minor cracking in the paint on front drivers quarter panel and rear shelf by back window.
I have pictured these areas.
In addition. there are a few chips as pictured on the hood where it looks like the hood got out of alignment at some point.
Floor boards. trunk. rockers. fenders. body is all free of rust or rust issues with exception of a small spot on passenger floorboard.
That portion of the floor as a patch panel installed over treated area.
It does have SS 396 badging on the car.
I do not have the build sheet so I cannot confirm what this was born as.
Selling at NO RESERVE.
