Ford sierra rs cosworth 3door project rally race track 3dr

Here we have my 3 door sierra cosworth project that i have owned for some time now.

Unfortunately i haven't had time to do anything to this car since i have owned it due to work commitments and other projects. I originally bought this with intentions of doing track days but have never got round to doing anything with it so it has to go to put money towards other projects. If you are looking for a 3 door sierra project then this might just be for you as it doesn't require a lot of work to finish. Here is a list of what i know about the car from the previous owner It has been 4 wheel drive converted It is 100% solid. No welding required anywhere what so ever! (The only places i can see that it has been welded is the gearbox tunnel to allow for the 4 wheel drive and it has had a plate to a good standard on the rear of the drivers side sill)The inside and engine bay have been painted in 2 k shiny black The outside has been prepped and painted in 2 pack black high build primer The underside has been completely stone chipped and undersealed to protect it It is a non sunroof model It is registered as a 1600 base model It has a rear half safety devices roll cage 4 x 4 koni adjustable shocks and cosworth LSD 4 wheels drive suspension and brakes 4 x 4 cross member and shafts Genuine spoiler. rear bumper. centre skirts. bonnet and vents Fibre glass arches. front bumper and grill Konig reclining bucket seats with lumbar adjustment Escort cosworth style alloy wheels 16 inch Single wiper conversion Has cosworth yb engine (was told this was a good engine by previous owner as he said it came out of his road car but cant guarantee this as I've never heard it running)Has standard T 3 turbo Cone filter Standard intercooler and radiator Level 6 ECU
Not so good bits There are parts missing. he previous owner said he lost them when he moved house here is a list No near side rear quarter glass (didn't bother me because i was going to put polycarbonate windows in it)No exhaust No starter motor No distributor No fans for radiator Most of the vacuum pipes are missing No seat belts or harnesses No bottom half of dash Steering joint is knackered and it is the wrong one anyway but a good second hand replacement is included No fuel pump Currently has a 2 wheel drive sump fitted. I haven't got a 4 wheel drive sump so buyer will have to source one of these I think that is everything but have probably missed a few small parts
The brake lines and fuel lines need repairing or replacing It has a one key lock set from a later sierra but comes with 2 keys. A seperate old style key for the petrol cap V 5 is present which will need to be filled out by the new keeper It is very dusty as it has been sitting in my workshop for a long time but i will blow the dust off for the winning bidder free of charge!
