This is a 1955 Buick Century Convertible for Sale.

I'm helping out the owner Darryl sell it. He is not good with computers.

I am good with computers so I am listing it for him.

Here is information about the Car :

This car has been in our family for its entire life. My uncle bought it brand new on March 23. 955 from Maher Buick in New Castle. Indiana. I still have the original dealer invoice.

My Uncle bought this car brand new - Here is the original dealer invoice.

The options include:

- Dynaflow

- Heater and Defroster

- Power Steering

- Radio

- Safety Group

- Easy Eye (?)

- Power Brakes

- Wheel Covers

- Whitewalls

- Lower tone

When my uncle passed away my Dad inherited it. I inherited the car when my Dad passed away.

The car has the original 322 Engine. There are 59. 56 miles which are original miles.

I had it painted 3-4 years ago. I also had new upholstery and seatbelts at that time. Other than those items. the car is all original.

The VIN/serial number is:

6 B 1096598

The cowl tag (pictured below) reads as follows :

1955 MOD. 55-66 C

Style No. G 2478

Trim No. 16

Paint No. 5 YX

Top ACC B 1

Among other documentation. the car comes with:

- The original dealer invoice

- The original owner's guide

- The original owner's guide to operating the convertible top

There is no rust on the body. You can see from the photos the normal expected surface rust on the underside but nothing more.

It runs and drives terrific.

Overall the car is in great condition with a few minor issues that could use attention. Specifically. the motor for the convertible top is frozen in the down position. The gas gauge is not working. I have not looked into what is wrong.

The car is located in Winchester. KY.

There's lots of pictures for you - and a video showing you how this car runs.

The photos and video were taken just a few days ago - July 22 nd. 2013 - on my horse farm where I live.
